I'm Ambz, a multidisciplinary, senior product designer based in London. I live and breathe design and specialise in accessibility and inclusion.
Ambz strongly believes that accessibility and inclusivity are not just checkboxes, but essential pillars of successful product design. By placing the end-user at the forefront of the design process, they strive to craft experiences that empower and delight all individuals, regardless of their abilities or background.
One of the ways Ambz actively promote accessibility is by leading and educating within the company. By advocating for accessibility in product decision making, they also champion the importance of neurodiversity, psychological safety, and mental well-being in the workplace through DE&I; fostering a company wide culture of empathy and understanding.
I've recently completed a LGBTQI+ Affirmative counsellor qualification- to better understand how to listen, advocate and communicate.
